• Neil Clarke is the Director of Education, CEInnoculture. Neil has been working as an Educator for 30 years.

• He has experience of working in international schools in Poland and Indonesia.

• Neil worked on the the Hong Kong Education Department NET Scheme for many years and as a teacher trainer at the Hong Kong Teacher's Centre. He has almost 20 years of experience of working in the Hong Kong education system.  

• During his time in Hong Kong, he wrote the best-selling phonics series, Sounds Good English Book 1 & 2, that sold 100,000 copies in Hong Kong.

• Xian, originally from Fujian Province in China, has lived in Ireland for 18 years.

• Like Andy Shan, he was heavily involved in setting up the Cork Chinese School.

• He has various businesses in Cork but like Andy and Neil, he has a passion for education and strengthening ties between Cork and China.

• He is the Executive President of the Irish Cork Chinese Business Association.
